5. Consulting Engagement Terms

Clients engaging Tellie Collaborative, LLC for consulting services agree that:

• All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written service agreement

• Sliding scale pricing is available and subject to discussion prior to engagement

• A complimentary 30-minute consultation is offered to prospective clients and does not constitute a formal consulting engagement

• Tellie Collaborative, LLC retains ownership of all original curriculum, research, and creative materials developed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

• Client confidentiality will be maintained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law

6. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Tellie Collaborative, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of the service agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement by Tellie Collaborative, LLC of any third-party content, products, or services. I assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or activities of any linked third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
