3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum materials, and software — is the property of Tellie Collaborative, LLC or its respective content providers and is protected under applicable U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any content from the Site without the express prior written permission of Tellie Collaborative, LLC. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of the State of Maryland. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable

5. Consulting Engagement Terms
Clients engaging Tellie Collaborative, LLC for consulting services agree that:
All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written service agreement
Sliding scale pricing is available and subject to discussion prior to engagement
A complimentary 30-minute consultation is offered to prospective clients and does not constitute a formal consulting engagement
Tellie Collaborative, LLC retains ownership of all original curriculum, research, and creative materials developed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Client confidentiality will be maintained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law
6. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Tellie Collaborative, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of the service agreement.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement by Tellie Collaborative, LLC of any third-party content, products, or services. I assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or activities of any linked third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tellie Collaborative, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tellie Collaborative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to Tellie Collaborative, LLC in connection with the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
12. Accessibility
Tellie Collaborative, LLC is committed to making this Site accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities, in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). 13. Termination
